Agreement
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Wildhorse Technologies LLC for your use of wirediagram.io, app.wirediagram.io, the wiring diagram editor, account services, cloud projects, connector libraries, exports, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity under your account. Keep your login credentials secure and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use violates these terms, creates security risk, infringes rights, or may harm the service or other users.
Service and Changes
The service may include free and paid features. We may add, remove, limit, or modify features, connector libraries, export formats, cloud limits, pricing, and availability over time. We may provide beta or preview features that are subject to change and may be less reliable than generally available features.
Subscriptions
Paid plans may renew automatically until canceled. Subscription terms, prices, renewal periods, taxes, and included features should be presented at checkout or in the account billing flow.
You can cancel through the account page or billing portal when billing is enabled. Cancellation usually stops future renewal charges while allowing paid access until the end of the current billing period, unless stated otherwise or required by law.
Your Content
You keep ownership of wiring diagrams, notes, labels, project files, and other content you create or upload. You grant Wildhorse Technologies LLC a limited license to host, store, process, display, copy, export, and transmit that content as needed to provide and improve the service.
You are responsible for your project content, including ensuring that diagrams, labels, pinouts, and connector data are accurate for your intended use.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing activity.
- Attempt to access accounts, projects, systems, or data without authorization.
- Interfere with, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass limits or security controls.
- Upload malicious code or content that violates privacy, intellectual property, or safety rights.
- Misrepresent diagrams, exports, or connector data as certified, validated, or manufacturer-approved unless they are.
Third-Party Services
The service may rely on third-party providers such as Supabase, Stripe, hosting providers, email providers, analytics, and infrastructure services. Their services may be subject to separate terms, privacy notices, uptime, and security practices.
Disclaimers and Limits
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wildhorse Technologies LLC disclaims warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wildhorse Technologies LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for damages resulting from inaccurate diagrams, incorrect wiring, vehicle damage, electrical damage, downtime, data loss, or third-party services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict of law rules. If Wildhorse Technologies LLC is organized or primarily operates in another jurisdiction, this section should be updated before launch.
