Overview

Wildhorse Technologies LLC operates wirediagram.io and app.wirediagram.io. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the website, account pages, editor, cloud project features, and related services.

This policy applies to information we process for our own service. Third-party providers, such as Supabase and Stripe, may also process information under their own terms and privacy notices.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information, including email address, authentication status, plan, and account identifiers.
  • Project content, including diagram names, components, connectors, wire labels, notes, and exported project data.
  • Billing information, such as subscription status and payment metadata handled by Stripe or another payment provider.
  • Usage and device information, including pages visited, browser type, IP address, logs, and diagnostic data.
  • Communications, including support requests, bug reports, feature requests, and related correspondence.

We do not intentionally collect plaintext account passwords. Authentication is handled through Supabase.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, secure, and improve the service.
  • Create and manage accounts, sessions, cloud projects, and subscription entitlements.
  • Save, load, export, and troubleshoot wiring diagram projects.
  • Process payments, cancellations, renewals, refunds, and billing support.
  • Communicate about service changes, security notices, support, and account activity.
  • Prevent abuse, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.

How We Share Information

We may share information with:

  • Service providers that host, authenticate, store, monitor, email, or process payments for the service.
  • Supabase for authentication, database, and cloud project storage.
  • Stripe or another payment processor for subscription billing and customer portal services.
  • Authorities, legal advisors, or affected parties when required by law or needed to protect rights and safety.
  • A successor entity if the business is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or asset sale.

We do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and Local Storage

The service may use cookies, local storage, or similar browser storage for authentication, sessions, security, preferences, and product functionality. We may add analytics or product telemetry later, but we should update this policy before using data in materially different ways.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking required authentication or storage mechanisms may prevent parts of the service from working.

Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. Cloud projects may remain stored until you delete them or request deletion, subject to backups and legal retention needs.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict use of certain personal information. You may also have the right to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling if those activities apply.

To make a privacy request, contact [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights required by law.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Changes and Contact

We may update this policy as the product, providers, laws, or business practices change. Material changes should be reflected by updating the date above and, when appropriate, providing additional notice.
