wirediagram.io may offer free and paid plans. Paid plans are expected to unlock features such as brand-specific connector libraries, expanded cloud project limits, folders, version history, and higher-quality exports. Exact plan features should be shown at checkout and may change over time.
Recurring Billing
Paid subscriptions may be billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe or another payment provider. Taxes, payment method requirements, renewal dates, and currency may vary by location and provider settings.
Cancellation
When billing is enabled, you should be able to manage or cancel your subscription through the account page or billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout. Wildhorse Technologies LLC may review refund requests case by case, including duplicate charges, billing mistakes, or service issues.
Failed Payments and Downgrades
If a payment fails, the billing provider may retry the charge and notify you. We may suspend, limit, or downgrade paid features if payment is not completed. Your project data may remain subject to the free plan limits and our retention practices.
Price and Feature Changes
We may change prices, plan names, limits, and included features. We should provide notice of material paid-plan changes when required by law or payment provider rules.
